1. Definitions

   • Platform :

     Refers to the Sharek digital system.

   • User :

     Refers to teachers, students and parents

   • Service :

     Refers to any functionality provided by Sharek, such as class management or awarding points.

2. Platform Usage:

   • Users must comply with all applicable laws in Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity.
   • Account creation is allowed for all users.
   • Users are prohibited from uploading any content that violates platform policies.
   • The platform is a support tool for teachers and not a replacement for official communication channels.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions:

   • A free trial is available for a limited time.
   • Multiple subscription plans are offered to suit various needs.
   • The platform may modify pricing or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Content & Ownership:

   • All content and trademarks are the exclusive property of Sharek.
   • Any manipulation of the platform's interface or structure is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • Sharek is not responsible for any damages resulting from user misuse or uncontrollable technical issues.
   • While we aim for stability, the platform may contain occasional errors.

6. Amendments:

   • These terms may be updated at any time, with notifications sent to users.

7. Governing Law :

   • These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Intellectual Property :

   • All intellectual property rights and platform content are exclusive to Sharek.

9. Account Termination

   • We reserve the right to terminate any account in violation of these terms without prior notice.

   • المنصة :

     تشير إلى نظام "بورديوكيت " الإلكتروني

   • المستخدم :

     يشمل المعلمين/ات والطلبة و أولياء الأمور

   • الخدمة :

     أي وظيفة تقدمها منصة "بورديوكيت " مثل إدارة الحصص أو توزيع النقاط والميداليات

2. استخدام المنصة :

   • الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما يتماشى مع قوانين الاتحاد السعودي للأمن السيبراني.
   • يمكن للمستخدمين إنشاء حسابات على المنصة.
   • يمنع نشر أي محتوى يخالف سياسة المنصة أو الأعراف العامة.
   • المنصة وسيلة مساعدة للمعلم/ـة ولا تعد بديلاً رسميًا عن أدوات التواصل التقليدية.

3. الحسابات والاشتراكات :

   • تتوفر تجربة مجانية لفترة محدودة.
   • تحتوي المنصة على خطط اشتراك متنوعة.
   • تحتفظ الإدارة بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو العروض دون إشعار مسبق.

4. المحتوى والملكية :

   • جميع الحقوق محفوظة لـ "بورديوكيت "، ويُمنع إعادة استخدام المحتوى أو التلاعب بالنظام.

5. حدود المسؤولية :

   • لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء استخدام أو أعطال خارجة عن إرادتها.
   • لا نضمن خلو المنصة من الأخطاء بشكل دائم، ونسعى دائمًا لتحسين الأداء.

6. التعديلات على الشروط :

   • يجوز تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين عند حدوث أي تغيير.

7. القانون المعمول به :

   • تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.

8. حقوق الملكية :

   • جميع الحقوق الفكرية والعلامة التجارية محفوظة وحصرية لـ "بورديوكيت ".

9. إنهاء الحساب

   • للإدارة الحق في إيقاف حساب أي مستخدم مخالف دون إنذار مسبق.
